Damron ran for election to the Pinal County Justice Courts.
Primary: She was successful in the Democratic primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 69.4 percent of the vote. She competed against Mario R. Castillo.
General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 35.9 percent of the vote. She competed against Eustino "Tino" Tarango III and Gene Wilson.

Damron holds a B.S. in business management.[3]
Career
Damron is retired after working for 25 years as the Director of the Community Services Division in the Pinal County Attorney's Office. After her retirement, she was appointed judge pro tempore in the Pinal County Justice Courts.[3]
