Mary Pat Clarke
Mary Pat Clarke (Democratic Party) was a member of the Baltimore City Council in Maryland, representing District 14. Clarke assumed office in 2004. Clarke left office on December 10, 2020.
Clarke (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Baltimore City Council to represent District 14 in Maryland. Clarke won in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Clarke first served on the Baltimore City Council from 1975 to 1983 as the District 2 representative. Her second tenure was from 1987 to 1995 as the president of the city council.
In 1995, Clarke ran for mayor of Baltimore.[1][2]
