I have worked for the past 19 years as an audiologist in Washington State. I am a wife, a mother and a Christian. I volunteer as a board member for my professional state organization and I volunteer once a week at my child’s school. I do the things ordinary people do, when they want to make a positive impact on their world. I love to laugh and be surrounded by my family and friends. I feel immense gratitude for the life I have been given. In my spare time, I follow geopolitics, study history and engage in political activism. I watched on in horror as a pandemic of information warfare swept through our nation, removing sanity and common sense from many of our leaders, confounding our citizenry. Over the past few years, I have sensed our hope for the future has been stolen from us and it is becoming increasingly difficult for our younger generations, in particular, to plan for the future. It is evident that our country and way of life are being subverted, from both enemies without and within. We are being bombarded by contrived crises and being herded towards polarizing ends that do not benefit the interests of our people and which only serve to place us at odds with one another. I am running for Congress because I am not willing to sit here and just allow it to continue to happen, on my watch. I feel I must take part in this fight and help bring our people together. I want to show the younger generations what's occurred, how we turn this around and how to have hope again.
  • The core message of my platform is that I want to bring technology jobs back to Washington State and protect our national security. We are now in danger of cyber attacks on our critical infrastructure, which could potentially cripple our society because private American technology companies shipped core fabrication and research departments of key sensitive cyber infrastructure abroad. We received that cyber infrastructure back full of back door security flaws. We need to regain control and fix this problem. There are cyber security professionals who know how to solve this, but their concerns have fallen on deaf ears for years. I am running to give these cyber security professionals a voice. I will work with them to fix this mess.
  • In order to put an end to the foreign interference by the banking-industrial complex, we must end the foundation system of funding and control. Think tanks, round table groups and foundations behave as if they are above our State Dept and are at the heart of how we find ourselves in endless foreign wars and in this hostile takeover of our technology sector. End the foundations, end the funding, end the interference in our government policies. We will be better off without this menacing network, funding their manipulative schemes on our soil. The United States is like a battered spouse, we don't think we have the strength to end it, but we have to end it now or things will continue to worsen for our people.
  • I want to see our citizens join together again and work toward enacting common sense policies that improve our local communities and heal our people from these past several years of insanity. I believe if we understand who has manipulated us into this great divide, we will find our common ground again. We used to debate eagerly and disagree civilly. We used to give one another the benefit of the doubt and we used to have a common bond in fighting for individual liberty and the Constitution. We need to remember what it means to be an American and realize that it is we who make up our government. We need to insist our elected officials remove the unelected usurpers of our power, or we will remove them. Our duty is to defend the Constitution.
Protecting national security is the most important responsibility of government and it is my greatest passion. A secure nation is necessary to protect our liberty, to maintain economic opportunities, to ensure the rule of law is upheld, to facilitate innovation and create jobs. As we become more and more dependent upon new and emerging technologies to function in our daily lives, American technology companies will continue to play an ever increasing role in our national security. As these technologies evolve, it will become increasingly necessary to develop policies which protect our nation and our technology companies from industrial espionage, in order to stay ahead of protecting our national security.
I look up to Katherine Pollard Griggs. She blew the whistle on the corruption and degeneracy of elements within the highest ranks of our military. She exposed a mafia operating in plain sight. Her testimony opened my eyes to the way the world really works. We owe her a tremendous debt for her patriotism, her honesty and courage. Without her testimony, we would be missing huge pieces of the puzzle, with regards to how we reached this low point, in our nation's history.
I have too many books to list that have inspired my political philosophy.

Spiritually, we all find inspiration that underlies our philosophy. The Bible, which may sound corny to those who do not take it seriously, has been a big source of inspiration for me. The bravery and strength shown by the life of Jesus inspires me and reminds me that we are all here for a beautiful purpose and that we all have the ability to move humanity forward through our actions, if we are willing to answer our calling. Proverbs is also where I turn, when I am feeling in need of wisdom and inspiration.
The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan is a beautiful story of staying true to your calling and also inspires my spirit.

Authors who have educated me are G. Edward Griffin, Anthony Sutton, Niki Raapana, Diana West, James Bamford, Nicole Perlroth, Peter Zeihan, Israel Shahak, James Bernstein, Thomas Sowell, Anatoliy Golitsyn, William Cooper, Patrick Bergy, and Christopher Bollyn, among many, many others.

I recommend Kay Grigg's 7 hour interview with Pastor Rick Strawcutter. It can be found on YouTube and it is pinned on my facebook page.
I also recommend Norman Dodd's interview on the foundation system to further understand the funding behind the long-range Soviet planning strategy to bring about convergence with the United States.

The one film I recommend to understand how the political sausage is made and how the veil over our eyes is maintained is "Wag the Dog" with Dustin Hoffman and Robert DeNiro.
A respect and high regard for the Constitution and our Bill of Rights; Integrity; a high regard for ethics; a love of humanity; a willingness to serve; faith in the people to make good decisions when presented with the whole truth; intestinal fortitude to make difficult decisions; courage; mental strength and a thick skin; ability to communicate difficult concepts, problems and solutions; a high regard for individual liberty; ability for discernment when presented with difficult situations or contradictory data sets; a low tolerance for liars, gaslighters and thieves and a willingness to sternly tell them and even show them that they won't be tolerated.
1) defending the Constitution,

2) balancing the budget
3) declaring war, if needed to defend our nation (not to promote the agenda of bankers)
4) passing legislation keeping in mind #1

5) conducting investigations and bringing accountability
I would like to be remembered as someone who answered her calling, dared to speak the unspoken truth to help her fellow citizens help themselves and as someone who loved her family beyond words.
The first historical event that was seared into my brain, was watching the fall of the Berlin wall on television. I was 10 years old. This was when I first remembered becoming interested in world events. I remember feeling proud of President Reagan. Later, in 2001, I was living in Spain and I shared a room with an exchange student who grew up living in East Germany. Even decades later, my roommate would become emotional, speaking about her difficult and horrible childhood experiences living under such abusive and dystopian conditions. I realized how this trauma never leaves those who live under these conditions, even if they only experience it for a short while.

When I returned from Spain, another historical event happened. This one caused an existential crisis for me on September 11, 2001, when my sense of security was rattled upon watching the attacks on our soil. I was 21 years old. In the years following the attacks, I began to understand that we were not being told the truth and I became determined, from that point on to question everything I was told by authority.

This experience guided my decisions during the pandemic, as I sensed we were being faced with conflicting daily, sometimes hourly, breaking news broadcasts and a constant barrage of insulting narratives, which I felt were inflaming a sense of anxiety in our people, instead of informing us. Many of our people lost their livelihoods for refusing to be coerced into shutting down their businesses or taking a newly released pharmaceutical product into their bodies, as a condition of employment. I will not rest until we get answers about what happened here and bring justice for our people.
I was a waitress. It was my first summer job. I did it for one summer and it was hard work!
George Orwell's 1984. It's a timeless piece of work that helps us explore the extreme dystopian possibilities when we choose compliance and collectivism over protecting individual liberty.
The angel on Henry Kissinger's right shoulder.
I would have advised him to take up line dancing and to stay out China, away from Yevgeny Primakov and Putin. I'd have urged him to mind his own business with regards to Southeast Asia, to keep our men out of Vietnam and maybe don't help to shift the world's center of gravity from the Atlantic to the Pacific, by nosing around for elite bankers and helping them ship our manufacturing and high tech jobs overseas.
We didn't start the fire, by Billy Joel. It's also one of my favorite songs.
Finding harmony and balance. Finding enough time in the day to make my family feel cared for, as of late. Remembering to take care of myself. Running for Congress while working full time is kind of a lot, I'm not gonna lie.
It's ability to annoy those who love to rule by executive dictatorship.
Protecting our National Security is the greatest challenge we face. It is the reason I am running for Congress. We face threats both from within and without. We have to investigate and hold accountable the network of individuals who have put us in this position, compromising our national security by sending our technology and manufacturing jobs overseas. We need to bring forth legislation, which addresses the revolving door problem we have in this country, and keep control over our sensitive technology. Private corporations who have a strong role in maintaining our national security need to be held to higher standards and they can never be allowed to lose or sell American sensitive technology abroad, where it may end up in the hands of our enemies.

Another challenge we face, as a nation, is the fact that we are being intentionally and strategically undermined by our mainstream media and social/alternative media with the introduction of endless manufactured crises, gaslighting, and propaganda. This is a national security concern, as we are being psychologically subverted and divided against one another for a purpose that serves our enemies and weakens us, as a nation. These psychological operations harm our individual and collective mental well-being. Families have been divided, friends have been lost and loved ones have been taken from us. It is time we come together as a people to sort this out and save our nation together, across political divides. As citizens we can no longer allow fear and anxiety to dictate our decision making processes. I will bring forward members of the media who have left evidence of their operations all over the internet to answer questions about who paid them to mislead the American people and determine how and from where they received their information. The First Amendment is, of course, sacred and there will be a high bar for sedition, but operators need to understand the price of sedition is costly. We cannot allow this to continue.
No, but only because one of those years is spent on re-election. I feel 5 years is a more appropriate term.
While I do not feel we need any more career politicians, I believe the people should always be in control of selecting their representatives. If a great representative comes along and the people want that representative to stay on for many years, voters should have the option to keep voting for them. Where problems arise is when representatives enter office earning a normal salary and leave office multi-millionaires from self-enrichment schemes, at the expense of their constituents. The term limits argument, while attractive to consider as a solution to combat corruption, fails to address the real issue of the fact that our representatives are targeted immediately by lobbyists and special interest groups from the moment they enter office. This is where the real problems begin. We need to shift our focus to removing the money out of politics and keeping lobbyists away from our newly elected representatives, as they learn the ropes of their new job. I will tell those lobbyists and special interest groups to move along. Once elected, I am there for one purpose, to do the job my constituents hired me to do.
Senator Joseph McCarthy, without question. I believe he will be vindicated and the American people will understand that he was destroyed because he chose to go after a very powerful criminal network. The KGB files, Diana West's work on the Silvermaster spy ring, and the Venona files are all good sources of information for anyone who wants to understand more about the history of that time. The Red Scare did not appear out of a vacuum, as the above resources clearly indicate. Furthermore, as Anatoliy Golitsyn's work shows, the Soviets didn't disappear after the break up of the Soviet Union, they just put in place a long-range strategic Soviet plan for convergence with the United States, for the purpose of taking us over from within. We are living with the results of ignoring Golitsyn's warnings today.
What touches me the most is hearing people's experiences living through the Covid pandemic. Some have told me they lost their businesses and others lost their family members from illness and others feel from lack of proper medical care, being told to go home until their symptoms progressed to "bad enough" to be treated. I have heard from family members who could not visit their loved ones during the early phases of the lockdowns. What really hits home are the stories from people who felt forced to vaccinate to keep their jobs or be able to see their loved ones in nursing homes. As a healthcare provider, I am aware of the culture among some in the healthcare field of believing we know better than our patients do. My patients taught me, as a young clinician working in elective healthcare, the importance of being a partner with my patients and in sensing where they are at in the process of accepting care. It is never justified to coerce or remove informed consent, even if we, as healthcare providers, believe we know better. We may have the tools and the knowledge, but we are only as good as our ability to inform our patients about their options. Furthermore, I feel that politicians and employers have no business making recommendations or mandates on our health care decisions. If they wish to abuse their power or position of authority, then these bad actors should be held personally liable for any injuries resulting from coerced or mandated medical treatments or products. It's only fair.
Q: Name a government organization that actually listens to you.
A: The NSA!
Willingness to compromise is a necessary ingredient in policymaking. It may be that the best choice is to not compromise on a particular policy making decision or issue, if compromise will hurt your constituents or cause you to violate your principles or the Constitution.
To investigate corruption, to protect the nation, and to bring justice for the people.
Homeland Security, Oversight and Accountability, Foreign Affairs, Ethics
I believe it is critical to a functioning government and a free society. Without transparency and accountability, we find ourselves in our current situation where unelected people, working on behalf of private networks, noodle their way into vehicles of power to take them over, where they incrementally establish a monopoly over the political power of the people. This is how we find ourselves in endless wars benefiting the unelected people, who profit from them, while hurting our people and the people of other countries in the process. This is the root cause of a lot of our problems.

Campaign website

Silva’s campaign website stated the following:

Like you, I feel anxious for the future. But I know, through the rocky road to come, our country will still be here and America will be stronger than ever. The fear mongers are out in force and I am not one of them. Please let me explain…

My name is Mary Silva and I am a devoted wife and loving mother. I have worked in your community as an audiologist for the past 18 years, and I am running for Congress in Washington’s 1st District. I’ve had the feeling that I have been sitting on the sidelines for too long. I think perhaps, we’ve all been sitting on the sidelines too long. Maybe, it is time for us ordinary people to engage. I get the strong sense that no one is coming to save us. Perhaps, the time has come where we have to do this ourselves.

I hold no special official qualification, other than the fact that I have lived through the same events you all have lived through over the past few years, and I have made it a point to look back into history to better understand the context of what is currently happening. I have also spoken with many people and whistleblowers about the problems and potential solutions. I believe I have gathered a solid understanding of how the world really operates. I believe our world has slipped through our fingers because ordinary people, like you and me, have been passive observers instead of active participants, in politics. Politics is not a spectator sport. But if you look to social media like X or Facebook, you will quickly learn that this is what politics has become. I want to change that. That is why I am here.

Right now, I feel we must fight the urge to allow cynicism to spread. It is not corny to believe in the idea that “freedom isn’t free” and I feel strongly that we have got to stop sitting passively by, as men and women in tailored suits tell us we are not qualified to comment, let alone, run for public office. I am reminded of a Monty Python sketch with John Cleese, “The Machine That Goes Ping.” A woman is in labor. She is surrounded by doctors and nursing staff who are ignoring her and obsessing over their very expensive machines…that go “ping.” Finally, the pregnant woman calls out she’d like a say in things. John Cleese, as the doctor, yells back…” You’re not qualified!”

I, personally, feel perfectly qualified to comment.

I think we have all figured out by now that the people in suits have run this country into the ground. I cannot accept that it was an accident. The history books have explained how we got here, in depth, with unabashed detail.

The United States has rotted from within. While we can debate the exact time frame, I’d like to begin in the early to mid-1970s with the subversive influence of one man and his network, Henry Kissinger and Associates. “China is our greatest threat,” they say. If they ever fire a missile at one of our ships in the Taiwan Straits, rest assured the guidance chips will be made in the USA.

As we balance our budget at home, I feel we need to understand the big political perspective, if we are ever going to unify this country and get ourselves back on our feet. There are no simple solutions. When we identify the problem, then, and only then, can we fix it. Please understand, the United States is not a basket case because of incompetence. We are not hated around the world by accident. We are not seen as an oppressor by many because someone “messed up”. We have been led to this low point by design. We have been undermined by elements from within our own borders. The barbarians are not in South Asia or the Middle East, they are very much inside the gates and they wear Armani. They meet at Davos and Bilderberg and they have a plan for how to manage us. They have a plan for OUR future.

I have a plan too, and I want to share it with you.

My campaign is focused on addressing the overarching issues that ultimately cause our local problems. We cannot address the price of gas and groceries, if we ignore the global issues underlying our economy. We cannot address the issues in our political system, until we address the fact that the power of transnational corporations and financial powers exceed the power of governments. We need to ask who is influencing our politicians and how did they get so much power? We cannot address the issue of the loss of our high technology until we address who is capturing, bribing and blackmailing our top entrepreneurs in fields sensitive to our national security. We cannot protect our national security, if we do not recognize who has penetrated us. Finally, we cannot address the information warfare being waged against us, if we do not understand the complexity of the methods used to manipulate us, and understand that complex problems require multi-faceted solutions and strong leaders, who cannot be bought off, easily frightened, or compromised.

This is where I come in, and you come in. Now’s the time.

I did not want to run for political office. I am not a politician. I have a wonderful life, a beautiful family, and a bright future in my field of work. I am running because there is a serious problem in our political system and I see few signs of any resolution on the horizon. I see our beautiful people divided and broken. I see the targeted subversion of our American values in our media and social media. I see my wonderful country being brought to its knees where there was once harmony, good will and healthy debate. I am not okay with the world my daughter will inevitably inherit, if I stand by and do nothing or sit on the knowledge that I have gathered and remain silent. I believe that our people will do the right thing, if we know the truth. We cannot act in our own interest if we are being lied to at every turn and intentionally divided against one another.

I aim to explore with you all, the reasons for this division and subversion. What caused it? Why is it getting worse? Who is behind it and why would they do it? What can we do, as a people, to come together and put an end to this insanity? How can we see one another again, as Americans? Can we rise above the current political paradigm and find our path toward liberty and justice for all again? I believe we can.

We are at war. Our first task, together, is to recognize that war has been declared upon us. Everything else, from the price of groceries, to mortgage rates, to gas prices, stems from that simple recognition.

I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people I represent. I aim to listen to my constituents and my work will reflect your values. I feel it is time to listen to one another, set aside our egos and find common ground with one another, so that we can begin to heal and give our children the world they deserve.

There is no plan B.

With my background as a mother, leading a normal hard-working American life, and with all the privileges and challenges that it entails, I am confident that I can be an effective leader for our community. The only way we fix this country is by electing community members sensitive to local currents, while also being able to navigate the open seas of geopolitics; community people who have the desire and capacity to listen and who actually have no other objective except to see the American people succeed and thrive.

So, let’s begin this journey, and simply look at the historical facts. It is right in front of us. No need for intricate conspiracies, they brag to our faces. We need to wrap our minds around the grand perspective, before we can dive deep into our local communities. We do not need people in fancy suits from Harvard to explain to us how the world works. We know how it works and it is time for some layoffs, at the very top.

My campaign is dedicated to my heroine, Katherine Pollard Griggs, whistleblower, Christian, and courageous patriot, who exposed several major players involved in the mob running roughshod within the highest ranks of our military, developing the psychological warfare programs that laid the foundation for what we are experiencing today. She did this at great risk to her personal safety. We can never thank her enough for the risks she took to bring us the truth.

My campaign is equally dedicated to my hero and friend, Australian whistleblower, Brendon Lee O’Connell. Without Brendon’s sacrifice, perseverance, mentorship and inspiring body of work, many of us may not have fully realized how to understand the tactics or the players of the grand chessboard or recognize how they have infiltrated every part of our society with the goal of redefining it for their own ends. Brendon's mentorship helped me understand the steps I needed to take in order to reach my full potential and understand the role we all must all play in securing our liberty. The darkness cannot overpower the presence of the light of truth. Brendon has inspired a generation, the world over.

There are countless others who have inspired me, as well; people, who have taken great risks to inform us of the core problem in this sea of information warfare. Many of these people are no longer with us. We stand on the shoulders of giants. I pray that my efforts will help our people understand a bit more about the reality of the situation that we face, as a state and a nation. I want nothing more than to see our people come together, above political form, take back control of our government for ourselves, grieve for what we have lost, and heal from the injuries of our past, to love one another again, as simply, Americans. Our children deserve adults who are not afraid to stand up and take charge for what is right and good in defense of our American values. My commitment to my constituents, if elected, is to serve my community honorably, deliberately and effectively with an open mind and an open heart, as your equal. Thank you for reading. [2]
