Bennett's campaign website listed the following issues:[2]

  • Size of Government

"Let’s cut unnecessary government: This will cut taxes; rid us of unnecessary laws which contribute to unnecessary over regulation! We all should have an option to live comfortably, and not be slaves to working numerous jobs that barely support our families!"

  • Second Amendment

"I am a proud member of the NRA and as such, I strongly support the second amendment. I respect our founding fathers prescience of mind for endowing us with the unalienable right to own and possess firearms to protect our family and our liberty!"

  • Government Debt

"Refuse to pay any NJ government debt that has not been approved by the voters as required by the NJ Constitution!"

  • Transparency

"All local, County, State, and Public Contracts and Salaries should be posted on the internet!"

  • Taxes

"Distribute all “Property Tax Relief Fund” money from the New Jersey Income Tax equally as originally intended in 1976. Income tax was supposed to cut all property tax by either direct rebate to property owners or equal funding for all school districts on a per student basis."
