The Maryland Acquisition of Land in Anne Arundel County Amendment, also known as Question 7, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed the Anne Arundel County Council to take land not improved with buildings upon payment to the owner.[1]
