The Maryland Additional Judge in the 2nd Judicial Circuit Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for an additional judge for the Second Judicial Circuit, comprising Caroline, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties.[1][2]
