The Maryland Alternative Publicizing of Amendments Amendment, also known as Question 10, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided an alternative means of publicizing amendments to the Constitution by order of the governor, by publishing or otherwise in a manner provided by law.[1]
