The Maryland Amend Article 15 of the Declaration of Rights Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 2, 1915 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure amended Article 15 of the Declaration of Rights, which relates to levying taxes.[1][2]
