The Maryland Amend Section 9 of Article 5 of the Constitution Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the November 4, 1913 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure amended the ninth section of article five of the Constitution, which relates to the Attorney General and State's Attorneys.
