The Maryland Appeals Court Circuit Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure altered the boundaries of the circuits from which members of the Court of Appeals are appointed and provided that the terms of current members shall not be affected. The measure also specified certain eligibility, appointment, and continuation in office provisions for certain judges.[1]
