Maryland Baltimore City Question E (2004)
Question E was on the November 2, 2004 election ballot in the City of Baltimore, where it was defeated.
The official ballot question was, "Resolution No. 04-53 for the purpose of lowering the minimum age requirement for members of the City Council from 21 years of age to 18 years of age."[1]
