An ordinance to authorize and empower Baltimore County, Maryland to borrow $3,750,000 for community and economic improvement and development projects to be undertaken in the ensuing fiscal years starting July 1, 2007 pursuant to Sections 705(a) and 718 of the Baltimore County Charter.
