The Maryland Baltimore Redevelopment Commission Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the creation of the Baltimore Redevelopment Commission by the mayor and city council of Baltimore.[1][2]
