The Maryland Change the Number of Signatures Required on a Petition Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the number of signatures required on a petition to refer an act of the general assembly of statewide application to a referendum.[1][2]
