Maryland Child Support and Alimony, Amendment 3 (1950)

The Maryland Child Support and Alimony Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that a decree for payment of child support or alimony shall not constitute a debt.[1][2]
