The Maryland Civil Jury Size Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 3, 1992 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that in any civil proceeding in which the right to a jury trial is preserved the parties are entitled to a jury of at least six jurors.[1]

This measure was placed on the ballot twice as Question 1 and Question 2 due to a mistake of the legislators enacting the same legislation twice.[2]
