The Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created a Commission on Judicial Disabilities and provided for its members, powers and duties. The Commission makes recommendations on the early retirement and removal of judges.[1][2]
