The Maryland Compensation of the General Assembly Amendment, also known as Amendment 15, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have empowered the general assembly to set its own compensation.[1][2]
