Maryland Consolidation of Courts in Baltimore, Question 2 (1980)

The Maryland Maryland Consolidation of Courts in Baltimore Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure consolidated several courts of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore into a single Circuit Court for Baltimore. The measure also provided for the jurisdiction, organization, judges, officers and employees of the new Circuit Court as well as for a clerk of the court.[1]
