Maryland Constitutional Convention, Question 3 (1990)

The Maryland Constitutional Convention Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 6, 1990 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have required a Constitutional convention to be held to alter the existing Maryland Constitution or to frame a new one.[1]
