Maryland District Court
The Maryland District Court is a trial court in Maryland that has jurisdiction over landlord-tenant cases, small claims for amounts less than $5,000, replevin actions, motor vehicle violations, misdemeanors, certain felonies, and peace and protective orders.[1][2]
