The Maryland Duties and Salaries of State Attorneys Amendment, also known as Question 10, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to prescribe the duties and salaries of ste state's attorneys.[1]
