Maryland Duties of State's Attorneys, Amendment 2 (1946)

The Maryland Duties of State's Attorneys Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 5, 1946 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave State's Attorneys the authority and duty to collect and give receipt for sums of money as may be collected by him.[1][2]
