The Maryland General Assembly Sessions Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure regulated the period that the general assembly could continue its session and the compensation of the members.[1][2]
