The Maryland Harford County Orphans' Court Amendment, also known as Question 11, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that the judges of the Harford County Circuit Court shall rotate as an Orhpans' Court and eliminated the election of Orphans' Court judges in Harford County.[1]
