The Maryland Loans for Industrial Property in Baltimore Amendment, also known as Question 18, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the mayor and city council of Baltimore to make loans for the purchase, acquisition, construction, reconstruction, erection, development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, renovation, modernization or improvement of industrial property in Baltimore.[1]
