The Maryland Municipal Court in Baltimore Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created a municipal court in Baltimore and set guidelines for the number, selection, qualifications and duties of the court, its jurisdiction and personnel.[1][2]
