The Maryland Optional Procedure for Land Acquisition in Montgomery County Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided an optional procedure for land acquisition for county road or street right-of-way in Montgomery County.[1][2]
