Maryland Orphans' Court Judge Rotation, Amendment 2 (1964)

The Maryland Orphans' Court Judge Rotation Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that in Montgomery County, the judges of the Circuit Court shall sit alternately in rotation as judges for the Orphans' Court in order to eliminate the election of Orphans' Court judges.[1][2]
