Question D was on the November 7, 2006 election ballot in Prince George's County. It passed with 148,361 votes in favor.
The official ballot question was, "To increase the powers of the County Auditor to perform investigations; and to provide protection to County employees for providing information to the County Auditor during an investigation.[1]
