The Maryland Procedure for Taking Property in Montgomery County Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the procedure for the immediate taking of property in Montgomery County.[1][2]
