Maryland Reduce Budget Bill, Question 10 (1972)

The Maryland Reduce Budget Bill Amendment, also known as Question 10, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the general assembly to reduce items in the Budget Bill pertaining to the Judiciary Department.[1]
