The Maryland Remove Race from Requirements for County Line Changes Amendment, also known as Question 15, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed a reference to race in respect to the number of inhabitants needed to form new counties or change county lines.[1]
