The Maryland Reorganization of the Executive Branch Amendment, also known as Question 7, was on the November 3, 1970 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the governor to make changes in the organization of the executive branch provided that any changes be subject to review by the general assembly.[1]
