The Maryland Salaries for Governor and Lieutenant Governor Amendment, also known as Question 7, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created a method for the establishing the salaries of the governor and lieutenant governor. The measure also created a commission to make recommendations and provided for action by the general assembly.[1]
