The Maryland Signing of State Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the state treasurer to disburse state moneys on behalf of the state, as well as to receive and deposit moneys on behalf of the state.[1][2]
