The Maryland Sixth Judicial Court Judges Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was on the November 2, 1954 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required that there be at least four judges in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, three of which were required to reside in Montgomery County.
