Maryland State Industrial Accident Commission, Amendment 9 (1940)

The Maryland State Industrial Accident Commission Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Maryland as a veto referendum, where it was approved. The measure revised the State Workmen's Compensation Act to provide the State Industrial Accident Commission with a method for appointment of members and their terms of office.[1][2]
