The Maryland Technical Revisions of the Constitution Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed or corrected constitutional provisions which are obsolete, inaccurate, invalid, unconstitutional or duplicative.[1]
