The Maryland Term Limits for Comptroller and Treasurer Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 7, 1922 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure set terms of office for the treasurer and comptroller and also prescribed the salary of the comptroller.[1][2]
