Annapolis, Maryland: Governor Martin O'Malley announced in the middle of last week that he is considering running for the presidency in 2016.
The former Baltimore mayor informed reporters that he needed more time to contemplate before announcing anything for sure, saying, "I plan for the latter half of this year to dedicate some more thought time — reflection time — to the question of whether or not I would run in 2016."[1]
