Language on the ballot:

“ Shall the sale of spirituous liquor be permitted by Kroger Co 0399, an applicant for a liquor agency store, authorizing off-premise sales on Sunday between ten a.m. and midnight, who is engaged in the business of operating a full service grocery store and liquor agency at 1095 West 5th Street, Marysville OH 43040, in this precinct?[1][2] ”
