The ballot title for Question 13 was as follows:

Shall the following Article of Amendment relative to the Power of the General Court to Limit Buildings according to their Use or Construction to Specified Districts of Cities and Towns, submitted by the Conditional Convention, be approved and ratified?

Article of Amendment.

     The general court shall have power to limit buildings according to their use or construction to specified districts of cities and towns.
