Massachusetts U.S. Senate candidate filing deadline has come and gone

BOSTON, Massachusetts: The candidate filing deadline for Secretary of State John Kerry's U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts has passed.[1]
According to reports, all five of the candidates seeking the position have collected sufficient signatures to appear on the primary ballot.[1] The general election is scheduled for June 25, 2013, following a primary election on April 30, 2013.[2][3]
