The question asked on the ballot was "Shall the Matanuska-Susitna Borough incur debt and issue general obligation bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed Thirty-One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($31,725,000), to finance the acquisition, design, construction, installation, major renovation and renewal of educational and related capital improvements within the Borough, including without limitation the projects described below?"
