Two Matomoras City Ward Local Alcohol Option questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Washington County, which is in Ohio, where they were defeated.
If approved, the first question would have permitted the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages by Par Mar Oil Co, Inc operating out of Par Mar Store No. 4.
If approved, the second question would have permitted sunday sale of beer by the same Par Mar Oil Co. Inc.[1]
