Matt Barrall was an at-large candidate for the Papillion-La Vista Board of Education in the Nebraska general election on November 4, 2014.[1] Matt Barrall lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Barrall graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School in 1994 and earned a bachelor's degree in political science from UC Santa Barbara in 1998. He served as a police officer and investigator for the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office for 15 years.[2]

The election in Papillion-La Vista featured three at-large seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election. Incumbents Connie S. Bowne and Patricia Conway-Boyd ran against challengers Matt Barrall, Lee Denker and Rose Lippincott for the seats. Fellow board member Mike Jones did not file for re-election.
