Matt Bartle
Matt Bartle (b. February 20, 1965) is a former Republican member of the Missouri State Senate. He represented the 8th District from 2003 to 2011.
Biography
Bartle earned his A.B. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987. He went on to receive his J.D. from Northwestern University in 1990.
Bartle worked in Clerkship for the United States Court of Appeals from 1990 to 1991. He then worked for Bryan Cave Limited Liability Partnership from 1991 to 1998. In 1998 he worked for Berkowitz Feldmiller & Stanton. At the time of his tenure, he was an attorney for Graves, Bartle & Marcus, Limited Liability Company.
Bartle served in the Missouri State House of Representatives from 1998 to 2002. He joined the Missouri State Senate in 2002. He has served in that position since, representing the 8th District. Bartle and his wife, Annette, have two children.

Bartle reached his term limits and was ineligible to run for Missouri State Senate in 2010.

On November 7, 2006, Bartle won re-election to the 8th District Seat in the Missouri State Senate, defeating Wayne Henke (D).[1]
