- Modernized Zoning Code: If elected, I plan to modernize our zoning code to allow for more diverse housing types to fit residents needs and budgets. Examples include, town homes, cottage courts, and smaller detached homes.
- AI Regulation: I oppose the development of new AI data centers and I support a ban on AI surveillance cameras within city limits
