Arrest and federal conviction (2023-2024)
On July 21, 2023, Brackley was arrested and charged with federal crimes in relation to his involvement in the January 6, 2021 activities at the United States Capitol. [1]
On January 18, 2024, Brackley pleaded guilty in the United States District Court of the District of Columbia to one count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers. [2]
On May 14, 2024, Brackley was sentenced was sentenced to 15 months in prison, 24 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $3,000 in fines and restitution by the United States District Court of the District of Columbia. [3]
